"These guys are top notch! I got a storage unit after moving my mom out of state and moving my girlfriend in with me while working 80+ hours a week during the COVID-19 circus. Time was not a luxury I had at the time and they understood and accommodated. We’ve also had a few fraud issues that required cancelling debt/credit cards resulting in denied charges when they attempted to collect payment. Previous experience in similar situations resulted in late fees and nasty communication from property management. Definitely first class customer service!! We need more business like this in our community!!"
